Steffen holds certifications in Project Management, Business Analysis, Enterprise Architecture, Agile, CRM, and expects to continue learning other disciplines to help provide a common understanding of terminology and develop awareness of other tools that can be used cross-discipline to solve problems or create improvements.

Additionally, to spur and invest in creativity, Steffen is still modestly active in the music business, fishing as often as he can, art, writing, and studying language.
